Au pairs are caring and motivated, adventurous and educated young people from around the world. They are eager to experience American culture while sharing their own. While providing a valuable child care service to Host Families, Au Pairs learn about family life in the USA, improve their English and further their education during a year long engagement. In exchange for the privilege of living in your home, they will provide up to 45 hours per week of personalized, loving childcare.

"Au pair" means "on par" or equal. Au Pairs become a member of your family for a year, sharing a cultural exchange experience. The program is highly flexible and the Au Pair's work hours and responsibilities vary depending on your family's child care needs and schedule.

All Au Pairs must meet a set of qualifications in order to apply. Each candidate is carefully screened and goes through a specially designed training program . All of our au pairs have previous child care experience which may include: baby-sitting, working in day care, kindergarten or schools or helping out with local playgroups.
